Since I started living on my own, I have eaten a lot of Tilapia. Its healthy, cheap, and so easy to make. And of course I love tacos so I thought I would combine them and see how it turned out. My mother and I also whipped up some homemade guacamole last night which goes perfectly with these meal.

    Ingredients:

   1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
   1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
   1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
   Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
   Salt and Pepper to taste
   3-4 Tilapia Filets
   1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
   Guacamole (recipe coming soon)
   3-4 Tortilas


Combine the seasons together and rub on to your Tilapia.


Heat up the olive oil in a pan on medium to high heat. Place filet in pan and cook on each side for 5 minutes.



Once the Tilapia is cooked, place your tortilla in pan for a couple seconds to heat up. Then its time to combine everything together. I spooned my guacamole (you can also just use some avocado) first and then added some corn. Place your Tilapia on top and break it up a bit.



Add whatever you want on the side and enjoy!
